claim has been put on hold (stayed)
A parking fine issued against me which went to HM Courts & Tribunal Service has now been put on hold (stayed).
The court letter states that the claim has been put on hold and an N244 application is to be completed if i want to continue with the claim.
Does this mean that the company issuing the fine have decided to back down and do i need to do anything further?
Thanks

Name the private parking company claimant involved and any lawyers
Post a redacted picture of the letter

Why would you want to pay a fee to lift the stay?! You aren't the Claimant.
Show us the court letter and tell us which PPC and which solicitor firm?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
