Finally got my POPLA code through - I've had a good look through POPLA thread and searched for relevant cases (F1RST parking).

I presume I select "Other" option and put Company Sec instead of name?

Is what is quoted here enough to put or should I be fluffing out and making a long PDF to attach?

Yes, re 'other' but don't put 'Company Sec'. The potential claim isn't against the Company Secretary or any individual.

DON'T tick that you are appealing 'on behalf of' the appellant. Tick "no" to that at the top of that page and just fill in the name as the company name.

You need to read post 3 of the NEWBIES thread because there are three points to include in most POPLA Appeals.

HOWEVER, you'll have to change the landowner authority point (which quotes an out of date para 7 of the old BPA Code) to cite the newer Joint Code, clause 14 and Annex F.

If you search the forum for:

…you'll find recent appeals done already that you can plagiarise.
