But I thought you or someone here said not to bother with letters?

Use the ‘general enquiry’, headed up ‘COMPLAINT’. Then when/if you get no reply, fire one off to the BPA. You need to go through the initial motions to avoid the BPA turning you around, back to ECP.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So I received a response, saying they sent a response to my appeal and directed me to POPLA, which I did not receive if they did send.
Now received 2 dcbl debt recovery letters.
I think I have a strong case with proof that the driver attempted to pay 3 times but it did not go through and the driver then went and parked elsewhere and the payment went through, showing a problem with their system, in my opinion.
Any thoughts on the next steps, or is it just wait for court?

Just await the DCB Legal LBC and claim.
The case will end up discontinued.

Hi, I have received the LBC from DCB Legal, I have been on the forum now for some time and I am getting more confused, perhaps it is my age, but it seems the advice I have found is to 1) find out the solicitor and email them a response; 2) fill out the online form, and 3) use a Chan and Akande defence letter (which I have searched for and yes, read the newbies thread and not found).
Can you please straighten out a muddled mind?

Respond by email to the LoC using the LoC response template in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements , that's all at this early stage
The rest can be sorted out, in order, when you have a claim form
