👋 Sorry you had so much trouble with them. Did you ever get your refund? £46 is a lot of money! I have had the same treatment so only ever used them once. Uber Eats were exactly the same! You have to go to great inconvenience trying to find a way to complain to either of these companies. They couldn't care less about your missing order or the money they took for it. Surely there must be a law somewhere they are breaking? Is it not theft at the end of the day?
