Sofolgy sofa

hi , we have a sofa from sofolgy which is still under warranty and paying insurance for.

We have a split on fabric the base underneath the cushion and it’s showing the springs & frame

We also have one of the cushions that have a bulge on it, they don’t make the sofa anymore so there response is we will give you £150 compensation as they can’t fix the sofa , we’ve asked for a replacement or to pay off the remaining balance as it’s on finance

Where do I stand with this as we’ve refused the £150 as it’s under warranty still and paying for insurance on something that they cannot fix

How old is this sofa? Needd to provide a time line of purchase & the problems with the sofa, for any meaningful help.

What do the T/C of the warranty say in the event of being unable to fix the sofa?

    1. When did you purchase it?
    2. How much was it?
    3. What is the insurance for? Look at the details of what it covers.
    4. Are you wanting to claim under the warranty or the Consumer Rights Act?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I have a 7yr sofa that the 2 springs broke and it has a 20yr warranty on the structure. Must say they were very good at repairing it as they found something else when looking at it. See if you have a right on their page about their warranties. It tells you what is covered.
