Parking ticket at Travelodge

Hi guys,

Would appreciate any help I could get. I stayed at a Travelodge in London for 2 nights, and I paid for parking for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the car park was full 24/7, and during the first night, I had to park on the double red lines for over 15 minutes while I searched for a nearby car park. The car park is owned by Horizon parking

Could I appeal in any way?

Thank you.

The Car park is definitely NOT owned by Horizon Parking

Its either owned by Travelodge or by a landowner, so plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum is by far the best option in these cases, Complain, Complain, Complain

The newbies sticky thread also tells you how to check for Pofa2012 compliance, or otherwise, before any plan B appeal to Horizon

I should have said the hotel has a sign that says they have nothing to do with the car park. Should I still complain to Travelodge regardless? Or complain to Horizon directly?

Any complaint should go to the Landowner, if Travelodge are a tenant. (I did mention Landowner in my reply above.)

You definitely do not complain about it to Horizon Parking

Thank you! I have sent an email to them and posted on trust pilot and google maps about my stay. Was looking through the site and people say the more complaints you raise, the better. Hopefully the ticket can be cancelled.

Excellent, meanwhile study the postal pcn for compliance with Pofa2012, or not, by reading the 1st post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

    Hi Gr1pr,

Thank you so much for your help so far. I just want to provide a bit of an update. I have sent an official complaint (not sure if actually official complaint site but I was told I can expect a reply within 3-5 working days).

I have heard absolutely nothing back except another letter demanding the full amount. Do you have any other suggestions please?

I am not sure where to find the postal PCN for compliance with POFA2012.

"I am not sure where to find the postal PCN for compliance with POFA2012."

But @Gr1pr told you where the NTK pictures thread is linked.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
