Toyota UK Bust?

Trying to export my car but need a CoC, have been trying to phone Toyota UK as they are the only ones who can issue one, but the number on their website doesn't work. You get an answer message saying they are closed, call back between 10am-3pm or 4pm-5pm, which I've been doing.
Used the contact form on their website but no reply to that either, whats going on at Toyota?

Well the number you are given by local dealers doesn't work, the number on their website hasn't worked for weeks, the don't reply when you submit a contact from, they don't reply to emails. So if you have a number that does work please let me know. But otherwise what is going on?

It's either the same number, another number that doesn't work or the financial complaint number which won't help either so…

They can't have gone bust unless they spent their last dollar winning Le Mans at the weekend.

Answer is phone Lexus instead… That does work, they know Toyota is unreachable by phone & email, but don't know why and why for so long.

Is there a CoC printed in the standard documentation you have for the car? Maybe inside front or rear cover of the manual?

Many manufacturers provide a copy of the CoC to the original buyer but it often doesn't get passed on to subsequent owners or is 'lost'.
