This is where travelling with a good carrier helps. We had problems with a case and BA sent a replacement Antler bag within a few days. If you report the problem at the airport, BA, for instance, will replace on the spot.0 -
I got one last summer and have used it pretty much every week since (for business trip flights). No problems - a few scratch marks as you'd expect but it's still holding up well.0
