BrandAlley gone into adminstration?

Hello - I purchased a couple of items from BrandAlley on 5 June - received the usual acknowledgement email but no goods received yet. Logged into account which advised delivery due 8-9 June but order still marked as 'processing'. Long story short, after attempting contact with them via Online Chat, Phone and WhatsApp and getting no-where I did some googling and it seems they went into administration.

One page says the new owner honoring all existing customer orders, returns, and refunds but I'm not sure if this is just an inaccurate AI response.

Just wondering how I proceed?

Klarna over 3 months, so one payment via Debit card 😕

you may need to give a little more time than usual given the transfer of ownership.

Thanks, I'm happy to wait IF they are going to fulfil the order but as yet I'm unable to contact anyone who can confirm this. I had hoped they've had someone on customer services fielding calls or an auto-response to emails explaining the situation

They went into administration on 29 May, but companies can continue to trade whilst in administration. It's assets were instantly bought via a pre-packaged deal https://www.brandalley.co.uk/a-new-chapter-for-brandalley

With 75 people having lost their job its likely things are in flux as the new owners try and make the business profitable
