County Court Judgements
So...my partner had a County Court form sent to him that he did not open or respond to. The 14 day window has passed and he has now been sent a judgement order 🤦♀️.
Can anything be done at this point? Or is it a case of just accepting fate and paying up?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

😫😫 oh don't...he's a trollop! 😭 He thought he could just ignore it, but he didn't even open the claim form letter!
Granted he lives in a tiny village and only gets mail once a week, but still...men! 🙄😅
**no offence intended towards any men 😂

probably some one down at the pub told him 🤨
If he has just ignored the court letters then has very little defence to fight it …. unless other say I am wrong ./…………… you have 1 month to pay the ccj to stop it going on your record.

DCB Legal may accept a lower settlement than the amount on the judgment but it is not guaranteed.
Such a shame it was ignored because a Default Judgment is what they want to happen, otherwise they tend to discontinue defended claims.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Not opening the letter and getting MSE advice has cost the defendant up to £300
Very foolish IMHO

Urgh, damn. If he'd have told me, I'd have sorted it, but he's daft. I guess we pay up then? What a shame.
