Looking for a fund to tap into European re-armament

Hello. I'm looking for a fund that will leverage the increased defence spending across Europe. Can anyone recommend a fund that broadly covers this sector? Thanks.

You're very late to the party, but if you search funds with defence and europe in their title you'll find something and people who want to leverage other people trying to leverage defence spending will be happy to sell to you ;)

A problem here is that additional spending (if there is any) might be focused on critical infrastructure and cyber rather than European boats, planes and guns. Or it might be missiles from US companies, or Ukrainian drones from unlisted companies.

Some bigger defence companies do a lot of general aviation and may get hit by problems in the airline industry and reduced orders which might offset gains in military orders.

An ETF won't have a stock picker who's selecting the ones that should do well. (As far as I'm aware)

I would imagine that you have missed that boat by several years. Pricing will already reflect the current political situation.

To answer the OP's question, look at the ETF with ticker NAVY. I think there are other options… always a good idea to do your own research.
