- Reason: Vehicle not registered / no e-permit
- Status: IAS appeal dismissed
- Current stage: Debt Recovery Plus demand for £170
- Circumstances: Amazon delivery driver delivering multiple parcels to student accommodation
- Evidence: Amazon schedule proving delivery at the relevant time
- Issue: No clear instructions visible on how delivery drivers could register a vehicle or obtain a permit

PPossibly , but more to the point is that its common at numerous locations for delivery drivers, across many private parking companies
Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters, study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
