Parking fine when using bogus airport car parking company
We recently booked 2 weeks parking with a company called Heathrow Meet & Greet (heathrowmeetandgreet.co.uk). On our return we received three parking charges on three separate occasions. When we queried this with Heathrow Meet & Greet they denied any responsibility, saying they subcontract the services to 3rd parties. They provided an email address from which we have had no response. Following appeal, the council concerned refused to waive the PCN advising us to take it up with the parking company. We have been unable to contact the company who had the use of our vehicle for this period.
Has anybody experienced anything similar, or have any advice as to what next steps we should take?

Your contract was with who you made the booking and paid the money to they cannot pass you on to a third party like this it IS their responsibility.
But as far as the council response is concerned you should take this to FTLA they are the experts.

Yep try FTLA but you may need to report them as TWOCs and get a crime number.
