Quidco - raising a claim

Just a heads-up but Quidco have now introduced an AI bot for raising missing claims.

Unfortunately, the previous quick and simple process has been replaced with a more time-consuming series of questions and responses.

It wouldn’t be as much of an issue if submitting a claim was a rare occurrence, but it seems to be happening more frequently.

I wanted to flag this here in case anyone hasn’t come across the new process yet.

Just wondered if anyone was having a problem with the claim process not working. None of the buttons work when I click on them (tried two different browsers and three different machines), and the contact Quidco Support link doesn't work either 🤷‍♂️

I'm very unhappy with Quidco. In November 2024 we bought daughter a television from Argos, using Quidco and its promised cashback.

Eventually that proved to be the vast sum of 67p. After much emailing back and forth, providing receipts etc, the full cash was refused as it was apparently 'only for new customers to Argos.'

Argos has been established for decades. It's unlikely that many adults would be 'new customers'.

If you ask the bot for a link to the old form it will send it and then you just use the old process.
