If not mentioned in other comments;

1. You may well receive calls from "the police" claiming to be investigated them for fraud. The number may look like a police office number because that can be spoofed. Don't get tempted. Hang up.

2. Assume that the password you used on the platform and all the personal information you entered is now available to other fraudsters

My post and others suggesting same have been deleted, but it quite apparent that story doesn't match up.

If they didn't, such scams wouldn't exist. There are plenty of vulnerable people to exploit. Scammers only need an incredibly low conversion rate to make it worth their time. The only expenses they have to speak of are their time and some web hosting costs (and perhaps tools to obscure their true identity).

Started on 21st April, ended on 6th of June,

The carpenter on social media has quite a presence on all platforms and unfortunately I thought he was genuine.

I now have quite a few people investigating including Kent police,

I wouldn't want this happening to anyone else who is desperate.

Thank you, I had no idea it was a scam until the end, the trading platform looks so real and is still contacting me as is the Wire Map services people who took my money for the Tax Clearance certificate who also keep reminding me to pay the huge end sum or it increases by 10%,

I am ignoring all contact as advised and sending the emails to FCA and Kent Police.
