Landlord utilies

I live in a static home on a private site and my utilities are provided by my landlord.

I have for some time believed he is charging me more than he is payimg for the utilities.

Have sent an email to him requesting he furnish me with evidence of the price he pays for utilities as advised by the Citizens Advice Bureau but he has refused and will not respond to further e mails.

I have just recieved my next utility bill whereby he has back dated my gas price by a further 27p per unit.

I am at my wits end trying to sort this out but getting nowhere.

I am being charged 57p per kwh unit for electricity plus £15 standing charge

I am being charged £3.77 per cubic meter for gas plus £15 standing charge.

I don't know if this is a good price that households pay or being ripped off.

I hope someone can help with this issue as Ofgem and CAB have been no help at all.

He's likely being charged a business tariff, not a domestic one.

You should be complaining to the Energy Ombudsman rather than Ofgem, but only if you are on a properly licensed residential caravan site.

The site owner is only allowed to recover their actual costs, and not make a profit on the resupply of energy, and even for commercial terms those prices look high.

If this is a situation where the site is not actually a residential site but people are still using it as such then you have less protection, so I'd verify that part first…
