cant beleive how incompetant they are:mad: i booked a flight from inverness to heathrow with them for 4th july returning on 6th july,booked it at end of nov,payed via credit card,was on the local news last week as from march this flight has been stopped due to lack of demand,and was in numerous newspapers,i phoned them 3 times to see if i could get my money refunded(as it isnt my fault its stopped) all 3 tiems i got a indian woman who kept saying flight still gonig your booked on it goodbye,no word of my cash back,what do i do now?
Live in my shoes for a week,then tell me your lifes hard!
