POPLA APPEAL - Horizon Parking - Comment on Evidence
Hello
I have followed the advice of the newbies thread for a parking charge. From previous experience (and using this site) they've always given up at POPLA for me (think I have had five previous successes). However, this is the first time I have experienced them supplying evidence back to comment on.
I have to submit comments by tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone had any up to date advice on how to comment on their POFA response. Happy to post their reply it if it is still useful? Alas, the envelope had no postage mark to prove when it was sent.
Also, may not be relevant, but I have received yet another chase charge letter from them just this morning with the date of breach very early april, and the parking charge issue date clearly now stating 28th May. Could this be useful?
My further question is, despite looking at old posts about commenting on evidence, it doesn't appear you can submit images to POPLA at this point? Just text? Seems a tad unfair. Is this new? Old posts suggested you could.

The advice is still as stated in post 3 of the NEWBIES thread.
Just say what you see in bullet points.
Do not repeat your appeal, no images, nothing new. Very concise comments.

Depends what your reasons for appealing are.
Does any of the evidence back up your complaint?
If so I just put "The Appellant notes that the evidence on page X confirms the submission that XYZ, and so the charge should be cancelled."
Look up the Horizon thread of Horizon v Morris from the other day. The insufficient landowner contract might be useful. You could try a short URL if you wanted to highlight the judgment image.
