Entry Instructions:

By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 4 x Tier 2 prizes.

b. Tier 1: prize consists of a £5,000 Jet2holidays voucher.
It must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking. Booking must be made by calling the Jet2holidays contact centre. Winner will be contacted by the Supplier via email with instructions on how to redeem their voucher with Jet2. Email address required.

The voucher is single use only; the winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time. These can total more than the £5,000 voucher value, but the difference in value must be paid by the winner at the same time. If the value of the booked holiday(s) comes under £5,000, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited.

The voucher must be redeemed by 31st October 2026, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2027. Travel dates subject to availability. If the voucher is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion), but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

If any holiday booked by the winner with the voucher is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of an voucher and cash).

Where the holiday is booked using the voucher, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winner is advised to take out their own insurance.

Where the holiday booked using the voucher is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher, it shall be subject to the Promotion Terms and Conditions, and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's Terms and Conditions (the "Jet2 Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Jet2 Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the voucher exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Jet2 Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Jet2 Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

Holidays are subject to availability. Please note, voucher flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the holiday or any element of the holiday with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent holiday value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.

The holiday booked using the voucher may only be taken by the winner, along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy and http://www.jet2.com/privacy).

Winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age(date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving license, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

c. Tier 2: prize consists of a £250 Tesco e-Gift Card.

e-Gift Card can be used in any UK Tesco store. The e-Gift Card cannot be used online or at a Tesco petrol station. The card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last card use.

Only one prize per household. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
