Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 9th June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 7th July 2026. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:

During the Promotional Period: Text NUTELLA or NUTELLA1 or NUTELLA7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, 5 x Tier 2 prizes, 10 x Tier 3 prizes.

b. Tier 1 prize: consists of £5,000, paid to a UK bank account in the winner’s name only.

c. Tier 2 prize: consists of £1,000, paid to a UK bank account in the winner’s name only.

d. Tier 3 prize: is a Breakfast Hamper. Consists of the following ingredients, delivered in a wicker hamper:

- 1 x Nutella 200g jar;

- 1 x pack of sourdough;

- 1 x pack of no added sugar granola;

- 1 x pack of porridge oats;

- 1 x pack of chia seeds;

- 1 x pack of bananas;

- 1 x pack of mixed dried fruits;

- 1 x pack of crumpets;

- 1 x pack of bagels.

e. All prizes will be arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance.

f. Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving license, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

Only one prize per household. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
