Ring 3 - Doorbell Alert
I am having a problem with my battery operated Ring 3 Doorbell. For the last six months or so the Ring Alert no longer rings on my Android phone.
Motion Detection and Motion Alerts work just fine home and away, but not the Doorbell Ring alert.
“Doorbell Calling” is enabled so that I get a telephone call when anybody rings the doorbell but still no doorbell alarm on the phone.
I have a strong wi-fi signal and the wi-fi extender is close to the Ring Doorbell. Signal strength is RSSI – 51.
I have re-booted several times, updated the app and it’s notifications and tried a hard reset.
Phone volume settings are fine so is the battery strength.
Any further suggestions?
