Court Judgement Letter For Not Responding
I have received judgement letter from court as Gladstone Solicitor (Horizon Parking Ltd) has entered judgement against me.
I have received Court Claim letter dated 12th May 2026 on 5th June 2026 & same day I have received Judgement Order.
Now, how to respond to Judgement Letter. How to prove that I have received Court Claim Letter very late & didn’t get chance to respond. Your suggestion will be helpful.

To get a judgment set aside you must complete an application (form N244) and send it to the CNBC. You'd have to pay a massive court fee of £313 unless you qualify for help with fees.
