Horizon Ltd Parking Charge

Hello to all, any advice welcomed.

Returned from holiday yesterday to find the attached Parking Chargew from Horizon.

Having had a read through the forum and guides I believe my first step is to appeal with following text making sure I tick 'keeper' not 'driver'

You have sent a non-POFA NTK so you have no cause of action against me.

Under contract law there is no lawful presumption that the keeper was the driver. This was tested on appeal and the parking firm lost (VCS v Ian Edward).

Send me a POPLA code, or cancel.

Grateful if someone could confirm or advice otherwise.

Thanks in advance

Steve

Yes you are lucky. Driver only!

See the top back paragraph that proves there's no keeper liability as it says 'driver'. The keeper wins at POPLA.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do you (or someone) mind explaining how this works? I.e. the specific word that means they lose at POPLA?

I already told you which of their words (and where) make it driver liability only.
