Will Vanguard allow transfer away part of a single ISA account?

If I have £200 in a S&S ISA with Vanguard, liquidate and fund investments back to ISA cash, can I then transfer £100 of that to another ISA, or does it have to be the entire account amount?

If you want to transfer part of your ISA, any money paid into it in the current tax year must be transferred in full.
