Morning everyone
Still very windy here and forecast showers. Yesterdays 'showers 'were torrential downpours - at one point during the afternoon we were all standing at the door at nursery watching the rain.
I really need it to cheer up as I've got plants waiting to go into pots, including three clematis which I've tucked in amongst bigger pots so they're sheltered a bit. Also lots of weeding to do.
Had a nice chat with eldest DD while she was waiting at Nuremberg airport, she's got a long weekend so she's in Rhodes for a couple of days and then is going to Athens for another couple.
I have both children tonight, not till a bit later as little one has rugby club on Fridays, so I'll get a peaceful cup of tea after work!
Mehefin I hope the wedding goes well x
Best get a shift on as I'll go down to the care home before work. Hope everyone has a good day x

Morning all, thanks @Scarlet for the start off. Glad to hear the dentist didn't find any problems.
Today's forecast is for sunny intervals, maybe the odd shower and a gentle breeze. I hope the 'gentle' breeze is just that and not the strong gusty wind we had yesterday!
I took the bag of donations to the CS where I had a browse but didn't buy anything, then came home and started to tackle the kitchen cupboard. It's empty, has been cleaned and I've sorted through the contents with nothing to get rid of, so it just remains to put the contents back today. Then it will be the usual Friday admin, some paper shredding and hoover the stair carpet. Fish tea tonight, then feet up.
@remmie - Another thumbs down for a black sink.
@mehefin - I hope the wedding goes well this weekend and have my fingers crossed the weather will be kind for you all.
Have a good day everyone, take care and stay safe. xx
Be kind to others and to yourself too.8 -
Thanks everyone for the information about black sinks, will carry on looking at stainless, at least they can be cleaned.
