DCBL Judgement for claimant

HI All

I posted about this issue back in sept 2023, I’ve been following all the advice given on the forum and everything was going how it was supposed to. In March 2026 the court sent me a N180 form Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track. I responded via email at DQ.CNBC@JUSTICE.GOV.UK with the forms filled in as advised on the forum. A few weeks later I received another form claiming I had not responded to the letter so then I again filled in the form and sent it via email to the same address. Now I have received a letter headed judgement for claimant saying that I have not responded to the forms the courts have sent. I have emails dated when I responded. I need to respond to this letter I have been sent dated the 29/05/2026. Please can anyone advise on what the next steps should be they are asking me to pay £320 including costs to DCBL for a parking charge which I am not liable for. I am the registered keeper but wasn’t the driver at the time and I haven’t given them any names or addresses of said driver. Appreciate any help that may be given thank you.

Its not DCBL, its DCB LEGAL

Did you download the N180 DQ document and fill it in and emailed it. ?

Not pictures or scans or paperwork, they dont like those

Email a COMPLAINT to claim progression or claim responses ) with proof of submissions

Complain about it to HMCTS too

we didn’t download the form but scanned it after filling it in and sent it. This wasn’t made clear about not scanning.

It was made clear in our 8 steps which says NOT to scan it!

This is why the CNBC failed to process it.

However, we see this quite often. To rescue this DO NOT PANIC OR PAY!

Put in the two complaints as advised above. This is due to their shoddy system not making it clear. It will be reset. Then follow the rest of the 8 steps to the letter.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
