2 County Court Claims from Civil Enforcement
Hi All,
I have just received 2 separate claim forms from CEL for 2 separate "PCNs".
One is relating to parking at BizSpace, where the vehicle visited a tenant company and been informed by said tenant/business that there is parking on-site and no information was given on any charges or requirements. I then received a letter that vehicles have to "register" their reg at the site, and obviously no mention of that was given by the owner of the business visited and no machine/tablet to do so was available. Some signage was off in the distance of the car park, but the only one visible from the parking space was "visitor car park". I complained to the manager of BizSpace and they told me they won't help. I still have a few days to file the AOS on this.
2nd Claim was for a 16 minute stay at some place i don't even know of in 2023. I had no letters regarding that at all, so the Claim form is the first time I am hearing about it. I will file the AOS on this one today as it is due, but would like some help with further proceedings.
Any help with either would be greatly appreciated.

Use the Template Defence special para 3 which I link twice in that Announcement thread and I clearly state there that it's for CEL in-house claims like these.
Please DON'T copy & paste it here. We really don't need to check the Chan & Akande defence on thread after thread, and there's nothing for you to write yourself.
It really is copy & paste, twice!
See my a signature (the words below this reply) if unsure how easy it is to navigate this forum. See how you can click & hop immediately to the Announcement threads, which we won't link.
