Ryan Air - Parking Add On
For a recent trip from Stansted airport I booked my flight driect from Ryan Air. I also added parking as an extra as the deal they offered was cheaper than through Stansted Parking Direct.
I didn't ever receive a parking confirmation before my flight, I tried following instructiuons on their website and using the link to Stansted Airport to try and recover the booking but my details were not recognised. I then contacted Ryan Air through their live chat (and useless Ai) and was told that it was reset and might be show in my e-mail.
It did not and I had to rebook the parking at extra cost. I have put in a claim with Ryan Air which they closed imediatly and suggested I persue my claim with Stansted parking. This will obviously not work as they do not recognise the booking.
As far as I am concerned my contract was with Ryan Air and they should be providing the refund.
If anyone can recomend a next course of action I would appriciate it.

How did you pay? Presumably by debit or credit card? Would the issuing bank try a chargeback on the basis of the evidence you have that the service wasn't supplied?
Might there a problem because the chain is broken, i.e. you paid Ryanair to book official parking for you but the booking would/should have been with Stansted? So while as far as you're concerned your contract was with Ryanair, that might not be the case.
If a chargeback were successful, Ryanair may successfully contest it and get it reversed but if they didn't, Ryanair is one of those businesses that if they consider you owe them money, they will not accept future bookings from you until the debt is settled. That might not concern you, but if you rely on them for location/price reasons, it's something to consider.

Chargeback would require OP to have a breakdown of costs for parking, as that would be all they could claim back.

Paid on a debit card so not sure that route would go anywhere. Evidence wise only proof I have is lack of e-mail confirmation or for the Parking login. I have a parking login now as I had to rebook it.

Chargeback can be done on a debit or a credit card.

You need proof of the cost of parking. So your booking invoice that should show what you paid for flights & parking.
How can you prove you did not get a email?

Last time at Stansted I was on the way out of Long Term parking after 14 days, and the barrier didn't open. The screen popped up with £1200 owed.
After a brief coronary and conversation it seems someone had typed a code incorrectly and my booking was in fact recognised. Fun times.

I've been stopped at the barrier at Heathrow T5 long stay twice in two years, despite having pre-booked and not exceeded my booked time. On both occasions the operator on the end of the 'help' button couldn't find my details but let me out anyway. At about 11pm I suspect they don't really bother to check!
