On The Beach Klarna Payment Cancelled
I booked a holiday with On The Beach using Klarna pay in 3. The holiday leaves within 90 days. The holiday is ‘pending’ with On The Beach but this evening I have received an email from Klarna saying the payment has been cancelled? No way of contacting OTB and no communication from them.
Anyone had anything similar? Does it mean it’s no longer available or the price has changed? Thanks

Have you checked your junk emails to make sure there’s nothing lurking in there?
How do you mean, there is no way of contacting on the beach? If you log into their online portal, what is your booking showing? Their live chat should be showing up on that.

No emails in my junk. The booking is still showing as Processing on the app.

Make contact with OTB this morning when they open. No one on here will be able to tell you about your booking.

Take it as a sign not to use OTB. Trust me. We see enough garbage on these boards about them and Love Holidays, 3rd party sellers who dont operate their own planes or hotels and when the cack hits the fan it hits it hard.
Use a company who at least operate their own airline: Easyjet Holidays, Jet2 Holidays etc.

Is there no explanation from Klarna about why the payment has been cancelled. Have they said that OTB have cancelled or are you assuming that? Could there be a problem with payment from your bank?

No idea how Klarna works, but as it is only 90 days full payment may be required now.
