HIGHVIEW AND DCBL
We went to airport retail park coventry on 4 April. I realized we stayed 2 minutes over 3 hours just as we were leaving, we'd had lunch and shopping so I went back into the store currys and asked the manager who said if you get a fine bring it to store and we will cancel it.
For 59 days I had no fine and had forgotten about it.
I HAD NO PCN from highview. NOTHING. then i had a DEBT collection letter from dcbl for 170.
THESE IDIOTS failed to send a pcn and leave it and send me a massive fine 59 days, 2 months later!!. IDIOTS.
I will go and get it cancelled anyway and get proof its cancelled. These are nasty companies failing to send PCN's and sending bullies later. It's bad practice and they are liars after cash.
The result is that I will be posting online to avoid the airport retail park because of parking scams.

Sometimes when people don't receive the pcn/reminder letters it's because the address on their V5C is not current. Check yours, you don't want a court Claim form going to an old address if Curry's don't cancel it.

Yep check your logbook. Old address on it?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
