DCB legal mediation settlement
Hi all, I followed the process to fight a PCN from DCB legal (in reality I was at fault and was 13 minutes over) went to mediation and I stuck to my guns with a 20 quid offer to settle- not even remotely expecting them to go for it, 4 counter offers later and they came all the way down to 20 quid, no cost contribution, everything finished.
I know some of you will say that I should have carried on at nothing and got them to drop it, but as I'm in the wrong it felt more of a gamble than I was prepared to take.
Long and short of it- stick to the process and fight the good fight, if a numpty like me can do it, anyone can. Thanks to all the mods and advice givera
