This seems to be what ZZPS will be trading as will be interesting to see if we get any claims from them. I suspect the process wont change and we wont see many claims from them

    'trusted' 'fair' and 'ethical' are not words I'd ever use about ZZPS nor about Wonga-man Scott Wilson after his efforts at CEL.

    Horrific new partnership with Gary Osner of Roxburghe which was OFT banned as unfit (years ago) in their dealings with the public.

    Nobody will scrutinise these guys properly because the MHCLG discounted using a Regulator.

    The CMA would have sniffed around.

    Instead they get a clean slate and rookie 'oversight' by a Scrutiny Board that probably won't even know how to apply the various applicable consumer laws and will meet once in a blue moon.
