PCN from Civil Enforcement Ltd
Hi everyone 👋 I'm a Newbie as of today and desperately need help with a PCN from Civil Enforcement Ltd which has now reached the small claims track stage. I have returned the N180 form and emailed a copy to the Claimants legal team and in return and on the same day ( without a court allocation date ) they sent me their witness statement. Almost tempted to now pay the escalated £274.15 as I'm getting nervous about attendnig court. Can anyone please advise as to what I should do next.

They ALWAYS send that template. You do NOT get spooked by CEL's generic WS that they send everyone, with lies about costs.
It's not even WS stage yet!
Read a few CEL threads. I replied on two late last night with a link to how to reply to their misleading email lying to you about costs.
