Have they got me bang to rights here?
Hi, I received a PCN through the post about stopping in a box junction even though I thought I cleared it.
Is this worth appealing or have they got me bang to rights here? I couldnt concentrate because my kids were low on blood sugar and doing my nut (we've all been there right?)

Common situation. You'd have to appeal on grounds of de minimis, and likely take it all the way to the adjudicator.
Plus the box looks pretty faded. What does it look like on Streetview and at driver eye level?2 -
The box junction rules are quite clear and currently box junction enforcement is on the increase, you dont enter unless your exit is clear, or you are turning right and only prevented from completing the manoeuvre by oncoming traffic
However, for an expert evaluation, post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first, that is where the council or traffic experts are
