You pay DCB LEGAL, who are acting on behalf of the claimant ECP, as mentioned on the left of your claim form

You can email them using their info@ email address

DCB Legal were the other party on that mediation phone call

This must have been a loser for them or they wouldn't have settled for that, ECP should contact you for payment if you don't pay them they can continue the claim.

Would the Mediation Service send anything to the OP?

As with houses , you deal with solicitors when they are involved , like in a house purchase, ( not the seller ) , so not ECP, but the lawyer's acting for the claimant, as clearly defined on the left of the claim form in the 2nd box

Had it been an in-house claim, like SIP, or Parking Eye, or CEL, then you deal with the claimants litigation department , because they aren't using a 3rd party Legal firm

There were just 3 parties involved in the mediation call, the OP, the mediator and DCB LEGAL , the agreement was reached on the phone, ECP weren't involved at all, just a silent claimant

The OP needs to pay DCB Legal, who will then discontinue the claim ( not ECP. )

    Think about it !

Pay on the DCB Legal payment portal. (NB not 'DCB Ltd' who are different).

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
