Spiralling Garage bills what to do?
Recently purchased second hand Skoda Fabia diesel. Went in for 2 new tyres, full service and timing chain. Problems with starting. (£1.5k)
They said turbo seized on test drive. Now unusable and facing another hefty bill. (Another £1.5k)
So the cost of the car has essentially doubled in a couple of months. Paid £3400 + bills of £3000+(assuming I got the turbo done). It's a reputable garage that I've used before. Struggling to afford this with no guarantees something else wont go wrong.
What would you consider the best option?
