Melton Adcock Regular Saver - Interest paid away?

Just noticed that interest due today on this account has been paid to my nominated account instead of being added to my account balance. :( Last year it was added to my account..

Has anyone else had this?

Mine was too firstly then was paid out for some obscure reason. Tried ringing them but after 5 mins on hold was told their lines were busy and to try again. Emailed them but got reply they were busy and would attend to my email as soon as they could :(

Both of my Melton RS accounts which pay on 31 May have been added to my Melton balance correctly (Adcock and RS5)

My Adcock RS annual interest was paid on 29 May and credited to my Adcock RS. (I wish Mr Adcock who apparently was instrumental in the founding of Melton BS, had had a more, shall we say, prepossessing name).
