Civil Enforcement: Responding to Letter Before Action - how to contact
Hi, I've followed the procedures outlined in the FAQ and Newbies posts; I sent an initial MSE template letter of the many months ago (the incident was 12/10/24), and I have now recieved a 'Letter Before Action - claim for debt unpaid parking charge notice' from Civil Enforcement.
I have composed another template reply, but On Coupon-mads FAQ guidelines it states 'Don't send a letter by post'; however they don't seem to have any emails shown or available; Google says 'CE require you to manage enquiries and appeal via online forms on the Civil Enforcement contact page'.. Is this reasonable and trustworthy? I have no faith in these companies at all; so If anyone has any email contacts at CE, or better ideas for sending a reply, I'd appreciate it!
Thanks
R

It doesn't matter. You don't have to reply.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
