@Half_way and others I wondered if this thread should be opened up to include unpaid toll charge notice (UTCN) errors from PPCs, where the bridge/land is privately owned like the Warburton Toll Bridge.

Excel use ANPR camera management and the same private parking management ANPR errors are being made here with the bridge tolls. VRM misreads - vehicle never crossed bridge and driver paid but anpr camera system says they didn't. There also seems to be those exempt from paying the toll getting UTCN.
