The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a Lakeside Hot Tub Suite, at Storrs Hall in the Lake District. In an 18th-century mansion, Storrs Hall has arguably the best location on Windermere – on its own promontory, looking straight down the southern half of the lake. Each bedroom is individually designed, with deep colours and eye-catching patterns. Many have serene lake views too – including the hot tub suites, which are set apart and offer a delicious sense of seclusion. Meanwhile dinner is served in two restaurants, the fine-dining Lake Edge Restaurant, which showcases the best local ingredients, and the relaxed Bistro.

The prize includes one three-course dinner for two at the Lake Edge Restaurant (excluding drinks). It must be taken before May 31, 2027, excluding public holidays as well as December 23-January 2, and March 26-30.
