Can you reopen a Chase Credit Card after closing it
I understand if you close the current account you may not be able to open a new account, but does this apply to their credit card ?

Well there's an easy way to find out, or is the hard search an issue?
Not seeing any restrictions on a re-application.

Oddly enough I don’t have a hard search from my first application.
Something I’ll get to try soon just curious if anyone got there before me.

You can probably apply, however, that does not mean that Chase will offer you a card , and extremely unlikely you'll get the 15 months 0% promotion again.
Interested to see how you get on.

I closed my Chase current account a couple or so years ago - then realised this was an error of judgement and applied to have it re-opened or a new one actioned.
Had to wait 12 months to re-apply, then it went through with no issues.
Not sure how that might work now, or trying to obtain a credit card for a second time.

I ended up asking .. apparenly full application, no 0% offer, no guarentee of interest rate or credit limit .. its a free card nd decent limit so just keep it as a spare ..
