First QR scan not working
I'm trying to verify my identity on a website with my Chromebook, and it gives me a QR code to scan with my mobile.
The mobile says:
QR is detected.
Tap to visit the link.
I've done this dozens of times but it always fails.
Mostly the error message is:
Something's gone wrong
You'll need to restart verification on your computer.
Though a couple of times it says:
Unable to open link.
This link only works on a mobile device
An online search indicated that if your phone camera could read QR codes, then this would probably be the best option.
It's a Motorola G24 phone, and the T212 website.
Do I have to initially connect to the website using my mobile, and then somehow get the mobile to read the QR
that would come up on the phone?

Is this the initial signup to T212 or just trying to login on a different device?
If it's the former then just do all steps using the app on your mobile. You can log into your account on another device later (with a code sent to the app).

Is it opening in a browser or an app? I have a Samsung phone and have had issues with QR codes not linking,
it's a pain when it's the doctors or dentist. No matter which browser I set as default it always seems to use the

So uninstall the Samsung browser?

I downloaded the app, and it went through a different verification route, without the need for a QR code.
I'm now waiting for their validation
