PCN challenge rejected
Long story short. I parked in a suspended bay. There was a warden nearby, who said that the works have finished and said it's fine to park here. I paid by Ringo. Came back 20 minutes later to a ticket. Tried to challenge but it got rejected.
Should I pay the GBP80 fine or challenge again / go to tribunal? Looks like the warden did this to then give me a ticket!

Challenge it to both stages because you acted on the direction of the Council CEO. You should win in the end.
Post on FTLA forum who will walk you through it, as they do Council penalties daily. We only do private ones here on MSE.
