Electroverse confusion
My partner has been trying to sort out linking his card for weeks.
Contact Octopus who pass it on the Electroverse, but that has where it has stopped so emailed them direct and had response so which is ongoing. Asked for photo of card and sent early this morning - no response yet.
But the confussion is who are these folk on a top review site dealing with - are they actually speaking to someone…..fantastic reviews on feedback. But we have been repeatly told you cannot speak with them….
Can anyone help a bewiidered me!!!

What card are you trying to link? A credit card, an Electroverse RF card?
I've not tried linking a credit card (we pay via our Octopus energy account) but we've got two Electroverse RF cards linked and they were straightforward enough. They seem to work well.

We added ours via the app and it just worked. That does mean I don't have any profound insights for you, sorry.
Possibly Octopus didn't link it at their end? Or somehow sent you the wrong one?
Have you thought about ordering another?

Yes seem it just is not linked…..did use the app, will see if they get in touch - last email came in the early hours.
It is just the linking up that is the problem and the last Octopus agent said he would follow it through…that was 2 weeks ago.
