Premier Park for Occupying More Than One Marked Bay but wasn't
I parked in an Aldi carpark at the end of a row, the adjacent driver was right to the edge of his space so I parked with my wheels over the edge of the bay in the traffic lane, not in another space. There is no question that I was not completely parked within a bay. However the charge notice states 'Occupying More Than One Marked Bay' which I was clearly not.
Unfortunately it is 100 miles form home so I can't go and check the signage but the standard wording seems to be 'parked wholly within a marked bay' so if that is the wording then I am at fault but as the letter has this different offence of occupying multiple bays I was thinking I should appeal?
