Been trying to log-in to Aldermore Bank to enter maturity instructions, but website address not recognised. Anyone know of planned maintenance? TIA

Even for a planned maintenance, there should be a landing page.

It appears that there is a DNS issue with the domain, trying to "ping" the domain returns "unknown host".

Funnily enough I can access the website (am abroad at the moment), however changing to UK VPN comes up with site can't be reached.

Seems there was a domain update on the 21st May, chances are something went wrong with it.

I have just managed to log in OK on PC.

Try different browsers if you're still unable to log in. I got in using DuckDuckGo but not using Safari or Brave. Hit and miss with Google Chrome.
