Hi all, I hope someone can help. I have received a County Court claim form and need advice on filing a defence. Details below:

Claimant: Euro Car Parks Limited

Solicitors: DCB Legal Ltd

Court: Civil National Business Centre

Issue Date: 29 April 2026

Location of alleged contravention: Blackheath Road, Greenwich

Date of alleged contravention: 06/03/2025

Reason given on claim form: “Your Vehicle Was Not Authorised To Park”

Particulars of Claim:

1. Parking Charge issued at Blackheath Road, Greenwich
   2. Date of contravention 06/03/2025
   3. Pursued as driver for breach of terms on signs
   4. In the alternative pursued as keeper pursuant to POFA 2012, Schedule 4

What I have done so far: Filed Acknowledgment of Service online ticking “I intend to defend all of this claim”

Additional context: I was working as an Amazon delivery driver at the time. I had a delivery to complete in the area and there was no alternative parking available. I parked solely to complete the delivery and was not there longer than necessary.
