Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Mandrake, Fitzrovia, London, in collaboration with London On The Inside.
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of The Mandrake, DAMU, London On The Inside are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and identity may be required.
Entry: Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
The Prize: One (1) winner will receive: a one-night stay in The Mandrake Hotel in a Mandrake Room, dinner and drinks for two at YOPO Zaytoun, and the Mud Caves and Origin Pool experience for two. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash alternative, and must be redeemed directly with The Mandrake. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Redemption Conditions: Travel to and from the venue is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, The Mandrake reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Liability: The Mandrake and London On The Inside accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, network issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
General: The Mandrake reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. This competition and these terms are governed by English law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
