Saga Savings can't withdraw

I have a Saga Savings Easy Access account set up in 2023 so with Goldman Sachs. I can log on and navigate round but when I try to transfer money to my current account it gives a message that it can't do that. I have contacted Saga who have raised a formal complaint but refused either spoken or in email to explain why or how long this will take. Does anybody else have this problem?

    Welcome to the forum @davee52uk

Are you definitely trying to withdraw to the specific nominated account that you specified when setting up the account?

    Yes.

I have tried this repeatedly each day. My password is correct as I can login and see the balance and historical transactions. Now to add to the problems I have tried to send a "test" £10 from my current accout to Saga. This has processed correctly at the Santander but is not showing after several days on the Saga Account.

I believe they are transitioning from using Goldman Sachs as their "real" bank to Natwest and have frozen my account while this is going on. However they REFUSE to tell me anything.

In fact after just checking my Santander the "test" amount was £1 and this has not been taken by Goldman Sachs but returned to my account. So this supports my locked account theory
