Smart Parking Hengrove Leisure Centre Court Date

does anyone have experience of a smart parking fine at hengrove leisure centre that went to court mediation and how did you get out of it at mediation stage please?

    Not going to happen

    Either make a very low offer, OR no offer, and let it continue for the time being

    No discussing the case at the irrelevant mediation stage

    Ps, you dont have a court date yet. !

    Obviously you don't take part in the Mediation call and you should already know from reading Smart claim threads that they always discontinue?

    Just going to jump in here.

    I got a letter yesterday from the Tribunal service, they are taking me to court.

    Same place, the event happened feb 25. Yes i ignored all letters. reason of pc 02A Parked without the correct authorisation. arrived 10.19 left 10.50

    Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

    Please start your own new thread ASAP

    Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form in the new thread

    Post the name of the claimant parking company and any lawyers too, in the new thread

    Also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form after hiding your VRM details first in your new thread too
